common elements of our events

Our parties are truly social events where groups of people gather to meet each other to enjoy a drink and a meal in each other's company. Some events are formal and others informal, depending on the occasion.  

Invitations: Depending on the nature of the event, guests are usually personally invited by us or book through the event page of our website. The invitations includes date, time, location, dress code, theme and RSVP information. 

Atmosphere: Depending on the type of event, our host sets the mood and tone of the party by choosing the décor, music, lighting, and table settings. We may also arrange some activities or games to entertain guests and break the ice. We always make sure that the atmosphere reflect the theme and purpose of the party.

Menu: Some events are just for drinks with some snacks and canapies, while others include delicious sit down meal.  Where we offer food, we take into account the preferences and dietary restrictions of our guests. 

The menu usually consists of a starter, a main course, and a dessert but it all depends on the nature of the event.

Hosting: At every event our host welcomes guests and introduces them to each other and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed. The food is eigher served to the guests or offered buffet style where we invites guests to help themselves. Our host initiates and joins in conversation, making sure that everyone is engaged and having a good time. 

The After-Party: There's usually an after party were we invite guests to carry on socialising at a nearby bar or pub. And in the days after the event, we of course follow up with guests to hear of any feedback.

Our parties are fun rewarding experience for us and everyone. It is an opportunity to celebrate life,  share a delicious meal, meet new people and make new friends, or strengthen existing relationships.
